If any product is defective in any way, we will gladly exchange it for the exact same product within in 3 days of receiving package. No changes/substitutions permitted. (Defective doesn't mean you don't like the fragrance you chose). This also includes custom fragrances or special request. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded. You, as the customer, are responsible for the cost of returning any products as well as packaging it safely & securely for the trip back to us.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    Although we package all orders as carefully as possible, every so often ITEMS MAY arrive damaged/broken. Should this happen to your package please contact us within 7 days. The sooner we know the sooner we can replace the items that are damaged. We will require a photo of the damaged item(s) in order for you to get a replacement.
