Please remember all BODY, BURNING OIL(s) sales are final. This is due to reason of hygiene. If any product is defective in any way, we will gladly exchange it for the exact same product within in 3 days of receiving package. No changes/substitutions permitted. (Defective doesn't mean you don't like the fragrance you chose). This also includes custom fragrances or special request. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded. You, as the customer, are responsible for the cost of returning any products as well as packaging it safely & securely for the trip back to us.
